Notes for Australian domain names

Special conditions apply for the registration of Australian domains.

To register Australian domain names you must meet the following requirements - for .com.au and .net.au, you must be an Australian registered company with a registered business number (ABN,BRN,BN). You must also be able to show a reasonable relationship between the domain name and the business it represents.

For .org.au and .asn.au domain names, to qualify your organization must be a "non-commercial organization".
